Tactics Puzzle #4: Missing Tactics

I was watching a couple of strong players again and since it was a bullet match, they were bound to miss tactics which spectators may notice but when you're in the same position as they are, with the clock winding down to the seconds, the pressure can get to you and one slip might cost you the whole game but the good thing about it is that it's only bullet so your chess strength or prowess won't necessarily be called into question, it's all fun and games anyway. But I would like to give these puzzles to you to see if you would find some tactics.
